At Eco Pet Care, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible throughout New Zealand.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within New Zealand only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Charges
We offer FREE standard shipping to most New Zealand urban addresses.
Rural Delivery Surcharge
Orders delivered to rural addresses will incur an additional rural delivery surcharge of NZD $5.50.
This surcharge will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
If you are unsure whether your address is classified as rural, please contact us before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During busy periods, promotions, public holidays, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Urban addresses: 1–5 business days
- Rural addresses: Please allow additional delivery time

Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Eco Pet Care is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Delivery Delays
While we work hard to ensure prompt delivery, Eco Pet Care is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier companies
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Natural disasters
- Industrial action
- Events beyond our reasonable control
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs of the parcel and product.
If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the courier company to investigate the issue.
