Returns
At Eco Pet Care, we are committed to providing high-quality, plant-based pet waste bags at affordable prices.
Due to the low value of our products, shipping costs, and hygiene considerations, we generally do not accept returns.
For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, returned products cannot be restocked or resold once they have left our control. As a result, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or are no longer in their original condition.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong product
- Deciding you no longer need the product
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
- Delays caused by courier services that are outside our control
- Opened or used products
- Products returned without prior approval from Eco Pet Care
Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A faulty product
- An incorrect item
- A product that does not match its description
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue by emailing ecopetcare7@gmail.com.
To help us assess the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Eco Pet Care will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.
Depending on the circumstances, we may:
- Provide a replacement product
- Issue a partial or full refund
- Offer another suitable remedy
In many cases, we may provide a replacement without requiring the product to be returned.
Return Shipping
Where a return has been approved by Eco Pet Care, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
If Eco Pet Care determines that a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.
We recommend obtaining tracking information for any approved return shipment, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during transit.
New Zealand Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other applicable New Zealand consumer protection laws.
Where required by law, Eco Pet Care will provide an appropriate remedy for products that fail to meet consumer guarantees.
